All of our inflatables have been manufactured to the highest standard and comply to the latest health and safety regulations.We have full public liability insurance and are members of the British Inflatable Hirers association. Our inflatables all have built in raincovers which also act as sun shades.

When choosing your inflatable please ensure that you allow at least 3 feet around the back and sides and 5 feet at the front for safety mats and pegs. If you have any queries feel free to give us a ring to discuss your requirements when it will be necessary to cancel for safety reasons

We do not charge a cancellation fee if you give us notice. We will only accept a cancellation on the day of the booking if it is due to extreme weather conditions, ie. high winds/torrential rain.

Delivery times are usually between 8am and 10am and collection from 5pm, however we can arrange times to suit individual bookings and we will telephone you the day before to confirm times.

Delivery and set up is free within a 10 mile radius from West Bridgford - a small charge will be made for bookings outside this area.
Petrol generators are available for hire from £20 per day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1. The age limit of the unit hired must be adhered to at all times.

2. No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable.

3. All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges must be removed before using the inflatable.

4. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string must be used on or near the inflatable as these permanently stain the unit.

5. No smoking, barbeques or pets near the inflatable.

6. Climbing hanging or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.

7. A responsible adult MUST supervise at all times.

8. Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it.

9. Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the inflatable.

10.Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off.

11.In the event of heavy rain do not allow the inflatable to be used, as it will be extremely slippery. Do not switch the blower off during rain, as the castle will fill up with water. Before bouncing recommences, dry down bed and walls using towel.

12.Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.? In the event that it stops working ensure everyone gets off the unit and contact us straight away.
